StoryCraft

StoryCRAFT will introduce you to my scene driven writing method. We will write one scene per class. Each class will focus on writing craft: dialogue, characters, plot and setting. The focus of this class is learning to write a scene. In Soul Story we live into the story, dive into the scene and examine all aspects of an experience, looking for truth, self understanding and transformation.

In StoryCraft, the story is secondary to learning the nuts and bolts of writing a scene.  You'll use a scene worksheet to quickly assess a scene, write a quick version story, determine what is at stake for the characters and identify the turning point. You'll learn the importance of setting and writing dialogue. 

When you write complete scenes they are moveable within any project, a unit onto themselves. This makes the process of writing a book way less daunting!
